Who is LiveSceneMix for?

LiveSceneMix is built for everyone involved in local live music. You can use it in more than one way: perform, support live acts, help manage a band or act, or discover local music.

Musicians

Create a public Musician Profile to show your instruments, genres, experience, photos, and other profile details. Use the Musicians category in Search to find other players, connect and collaborate, and meet people to join or create bands and acts. Participate in Projects to keep your shared musical work together.

Live Performance Professionals

Create a Support Profile to describe how you support live acts and connect with musicians, bands, and acts. The Live Performance Services category in Search helps people discover services such as sound engineering, lighting, booking, management, photography/video, road crew or stage tech work, equipment/backline support, and other live-performance services.

Part of a Band or Act

Use a shared Project to manage the logistics of a band, solo act, duo, DJ collaboration, or other musical act. Project means the management workspace; Bands & Acts is the public Search category where people discover acts.

Keep members, songs, set lists, gigs/events, practices, the calendar, member availability and unavailability, messages, and polls together. A Project can also have a public profile so people can discover the act.

Live Music Fans

Use the Bands & Acts category in Search to discover local bands, solo acts, duos, DJs, and other musical acts, then view their public profiles. You can also view public Musician Profiles and save musicians you like in Saved to return to them later. Saving or following Bands & Acts and service providers is not currently supported.

You may fit more than one of these

A guitarist may also manage a band. A sound engineer may also perform. A band member may also enjoy discovering other local acts. These are ways to use LiveSceneMix, not identities you must choose between.
