LiveSceneMix policy
Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01
This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as LiveSceneMix (“LiveSceneMix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the LiveSceneMix website, applications, and related services.
By using LiveSceneMix, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
We do not store passwords in plain text.
Profile Information
Some profile information may be publicly visible depending on the functionality and visibility settings of the Service.
Location Information
LiveSceneMix may also process location-related information returned by services used to help resolve locations entered by users.
Unless a feature expressly requests precise location, users should not assume that LiveSceneMix requires precise real-time device location.
Projects and Collaboration Information
Information placed in shared project areas may be visible to other authorized project members.
Saved Musicians and Private Notes
Saved-musician relationships and private notes are designed to be visible only to the user who created them, except where authorized access is reasonably necessary for system administration, security, support, abuse investigation, legal compliance, backup recovery, or other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Photos, Videos, Audio, and Other Media
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload the material you provide.
Messages and Communications
Private messages are intended to be visible to their participants. They may also be accessed by authorized LiveSceneMix personnel when reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, safety, support, or legal purposes.
Reports and Support Requests
Reports are not intended to be disclosed to the reported user merely because that person is the subject of the report.
Device, Log, and Security Information
This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
LiveSceneMix uses necessary cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies for authentication, session security and essential preferences. Necessary functionality continues whether or not you allow optional analytics.
With your permission, we use PostHog to understand visits, signup and profile activation, and referral sources. Analytics can use browser identifiers and associate activity with an internal account identifier. Session Replay, when separately enabled, also requires analytics consent. It is configured to mask inputs and text, block private areas, and exclude console recording and network request and response content.
You can decline optional analytics or change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer. Your choice is stored on this browser. Allowing analytics does not enable advertising or cross-site tracking through this integration. Declining or revoking analytics stops future collection and optional replay without signing you out.
Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable this analytics integration. Analytics activity collected before a preference change is not automatically deleted by changing the preference.
2. How We Use Information
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product development, security, and operational purposes where appropriate.
3. How Information Is Shared
With Other Users
Information you place inside a project may be visible to authorized members of that project.

You should not submit information to a public or shared area if you do not want the intended audience to see it.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Public information may be viewed, copied, indexed, or shared by others outside LiveSceneMix.
Do not publish information publicly that you do not want publicly available.
6. Private and Restricted Information
For example, private saved-musician notes are designed for the user who created them, while project content may be limited to authorized project members.
LiveSceneMix applies application-level access controls to these features, but no online system can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.
7. Data Retention
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it is retained.

Reports, security records, fraud-prevention information, and records needed for legal compliance may be retained after related user content or accounts are deleted where reasonably necessary.
