Public Project profiles

Share your Project’s profile and public Events while keeping its workspace private.

Enable a public profile

Open Project settings as an Owner or Admin and enable Public Profile. This setting saves immediately. The Project must be active. Use View Public Profile or its QR code to share the existing public URL.

Disabling the public profile makes that Project page unavailable to public visitors. Archived, deleted or inactive Projects do not have an available public profile.

What visitors can see

The public page can show the Project name, Project type, logo, description and ready gallery media. It also lists upcoming Events that have been published publicly. Enabling the Project page does not publish private Events.

Project details appear below the header: the general location where the act is based, selected musical genres, an optional performance area and explicitly entered public booking contact information. Missing optional fields are hidden.

Edit Project details and public contact

Use Add logo or Change logo beside the Project image on Overview to jump to the Project logo uploader in settings. Logo uploads save immediately, separately from the Project details form.

An Owner or Admin can edit these fields in Profile & Settings. Location uses the existing city or ZIP suggestions; a street address is not required. Genres use the musician genre list and allow up to four selections. Performance area is optional plain text of up to 200 characters, rather than a map or travel radius.

Booking email and phone are optional and are public when the Project profile is enabled. Choose the phone number’s country and enter a valid number; valid numbers are stored in E.164 format and formatted for display. Enter only information intended for visitors. Account and member contact details are never copied into these fields automatically. Clear a booking field and save to remove it from the public page.

Website & Social Media lets an Owner or Admin add optional Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links to the official Project presence. Use HTTPS URLs; obvious domains without a scheme are normalized to HTTPS. Social fields must use the matching platform, and YouTube uses a channel or profile URL rather than a video. Save Changes publishes configured links near the public profile identity when enabled. Clear a field and save to hide its link. Member and account links are never used as a fallback.

Visitors choose View email or View number to request the public booking contact details. The initial page and its public profile data contain availability indicators, not the email or phone. This reduces simple harvesting; automated tools can still call the reveal endpoint. Reveal requests are rate limited, and disabling or archiving the Project also blocks new contact requests.

What stays inside the Project

The public profile does not expose member lists or roles, invitations, messages, polls, repertoire, set lists, calendar availability or internal workspace controls.

An Event’s linked set list is for Project members. Its private set-list panel and Stage View links do not appear on the public Event page or in public sharing content.

Project and Event visibility are separate

Public Event publishing has its own controls. Turning off the Project public profile is not an instruction to unpublish independently published Event pages. Review Event visibility separately when you need to change it.
