Stage View
Follow the saved Set List one song at a time, with a large song card or a scrollable lyrics display.
Prepare and enter Stage View
Stage View is for reading during rehearsal or a show, rather than editing. It follows the saved section order and includes all sections, including Other Songs.
- Finish arranging the Set List and add any Lyrics you need in the Project’s Songs editor. Wait for saves to finish.
- On the Set List, select Stage View. Alternatively, open its linked Event and use Stage View in the Set list panel.
- Use the song card initially, or select Lyrics: Off to switch the lyrics display on.
Song-card mode — Lyrics: Off
The Now card identifies the current section, song number within that section, title and artist. Key appears when saved; tuning appears alongside it when a key is present. The Next panel previews the following song and names its section when you are about to cross a section boundary.
Use Previous song and Next song, or the left and right arrow keys. On a phone or tablet, swipe left to advance and right to go back. At the beginning or end, the unavailable direction is disabled; navigation does not loop.
Use Jump to song to select any entry directly. Song numbers restart within each section, while the jump selector lists the full performance sequence.
Lyrics mode — Lyrics: On
Select the Lyrics toggle to show the current song’s saved lyrics. A compact header keeps the title, artist, key when available, overall position and next song visible. Use the previous/next buttons or arrow keys to change songs.
Scroll inside the lyrics to read. Swipe outside the lyrics area to change songs; a vertical reading gesture does not advance the list. Moving to another song starts that song’s lyrics at the top.
Use A− and A+ to change lyrics text size from 75% to 200% in 25% steps. The display starts at 100%. These controls change this display, not the saved lyrics.
If no lyrics are saved, you see No lyrics have been added for this song. If loading fails, use Retry lyrics. Lyrics are not generated or imported automatically.
Switch modes and exit
The Lyrics toggle switches the two Stage View displays while keeping your current song. To use Jump to song, switch Lyrics off. Exit returns to the Set List editor.
Stage View opens at the first song. It does not save a performance position or edit the Set List. There is no separate shared-notes, chord-chart or automatic scrolling mode. Print is a separate Set List view, not a Stage View mode.
On mobile or tablet, choose a comfortable lyrics size and use the scrolling lyrics area to leave room for navigation. Load the content with a working connection before you need it; Stage View does not provide an offline download.
